I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast offered a wonderful selection to start the day right (the pastries were flaky and delicious). I especially admired the attention to detail throughout the premises. The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering expertly crafted cocktails in a stylish setting.
The lighting in my room was a little dim. Better illumination would be beneficial.

i found the staff very helpful. alexa gave clear directions, and another staff member assisted me with train apps. the hotel restaurant staff seemed sweet and cute. a bigger room.
the initial attic-style room proved difficult to move around in!

I was dissatisfied with the room's television. It offered only local channels and CNN (I expected a wider selection). I consider this unacceptable in a hotel of this category. The lack of English entertainment channels was a notable oversight.
